Cancellation and Refund Conditions

I want to return my product, what should I do?

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, only in distance sales (sales made by phone and internet), the consumer can purchase the product he has purchased without giving any justification and without paying any penalty, within 14 days from the date of receipt, in the preliminary information form and may return or exchange it by following the procedure written in the contract text. We undertake to return the product according to your preference and pay the price to you within 20 days from the date of notification of withdrawal, provided that there is no damage to the product and it is delivered in full. However, the products must not be used or damaged. Legal entities and/or individuals acting for commercial or professional purposes cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal and any rights arising from the right of withdrawal.

You can return your returned products by first reporting them to the WhatsApp support line and then sending them back free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo using the number 968841529. We kindly request that you deliver the product completely. (You must contact our company and provide information before returning the product.)

Products that do not require installation must not lose their sellable properties in their original sales package, even if they have not been used. (They must be unopened, not torn or crushed.)

The product to be returned must be perfect, complete and unopened in its original box, as it was when purchased.
