Shipping and Delivery Policy


Your orders placed by credit card go into the preparation phase when the confirmation information is received by the bank.

You will not pay shipping costs for orders over 200.00 TL for your purchases via A shipping fee of 65.00 TL is applied for your baskets up to 100.00 TL, and a shipping fee of 50.00 TL is applied for your orders up to 200.00 TL.

For your orders within Istanbul, free delivery option is offered on the European Side for orders up to 1500.00 TL, for orders over 150.00 TL, and free delivery option is offered for orders over 200.00 TL on the Anatolian Side for orders up to 1950.00 TL. The PICK UP option from the store is free.

The delivery time of the products delivered to the cargo varies between 1 and 3 days depending on the distance. Due to the density during the campaign periods, shipping times may vary. Our company is not responsible for "possible" delays caused by the cargo company. Our customers have the right to cancel their order due to delays in delivery caused by the cargo company.

If your product arrives to you damaged, please ask the cargo officer to prepare a damaged product report and contact us by phone or e-mail.

If there is a problem caused by our company, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important.

When will my order be given to cargo?

All orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays are delivered to the contracted Yurtiçi Cargo company on the same day, depending on stock availability. Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped on the next delivery day.

Orders placed until 12:00 on Saturdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped on the next delivery day.

How Can I Track My Order?

After your order is created, your order confirmation and your cargo tracking information are sent to you via e-mail and SMS after it is shipped.

If you have created a membership on our site, after logging in, you can see all the processes related to your order in the Account>My Orders section.

It is important to make sure that the e-mail address you enter when placing an order without becoming a member is correct. All information regarding your order process will be sent to you by e-mail. You cannot view information about the order you created without being a member by creating a membership later.

If you placed an order without being a member and did not receive any notification by e-mail, we recommend that you check your spam/unwanted/junk e-mail folders.
